Presented by Melbourne Design Week and curated by Spiraro, Bio(me) featured 26 artists working with waste and biomaterials, reflecting a growing shift among makers and designers toward more thoughtful and responsible creation. The exhibition explores the intersection of art, design, material innovation, and sustainability. Artists manipulated waste and biomaterials to create works that challenge conventional perceptions of permanence and decay.
